This Prichard periosteal elevators is a combination of periosteal elevator and retractor. The sharp side is used in the periodontal sector as a periosteal elevator. Following the preparation of the flaps, the broadblunt working part is used. In doing this, the flap is held away to the side thereby making possible a better view on curettage and on scaling in the molar area.
